- Rivora Travel is not responsible for any delays, denials, or additional charges imposed by the service provider.
- Our team will assist you in initiating refund or cancellation requests, but the final decision and refund process remain under the control of the service provider.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the cancellation and refund policies of the service providers associated with your travel arrangements.
